How to Solve the Alarm of Capacitance Diminished for Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

Solution:

Calibrate by hand, not automatic.

Sometimes multiple calibration is required.

Manual calibration Operation:

Setting：CNC-->BCS100-->F1-->2-->when the cutting head falls about 1CM from the plate, there will show 2 "excellent"-->Enter to save it.

Notice: The cutting head will automatically fall down , then automatically rise when it hits the plate.

when need to make calibration?

High-power fiber laser cutting machines need to be calibrated every time the nozzle is changed or the ceramic ring is changed.

Each time the pipe fiber laser cutter changes the pipe, it needs to be calibrated once.
